Fun and Harmonious Tuesday (SELASIH) – February 2025

Today, Statistics of Metro Municipality held the SELASIH program with three main agendas:

✅ Anti-Corruption Awareness Session

Presented by a Senior Statistician from Statistics of Metro Municipality, this session aimed to strengthen the commitment to clean, transparent, and accountable public services. Regular evaluations will be conducted to ensure the effectiveness of anti-corruption policies in supporting the Integrity Zone.

✅ Introduction to the BerAKHLAK Culture

Led by the Change Agent of Statistics of Metro Municipality, civil servants were encouraged to embrace the values of Service-Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative (BerAKHLAK) in their work. Implementing these values is expected to enhance work ethics, transparency, innovation, and public service quality.

✅ Best Employee Assessment Socialization

Delivered by Team Pillar 3 of the Integrity Zone, the best employee is selected monthly and awarded a certificate and full performance allowance. Key assessment criteria include:

BerAKHLAK behavior (70%)
Compliance with roll calls and dress code (10%)
Participation in exercise sessions (10%)
Engagement in prayer activities (5%)
Attendance records (10%)

Through this initiative, a professional and integrity-driven work culture is expected to be further embedded within Statistics of Metro Municipality. 💙✨
